ABOUT

Maja Petrovic

BACKGROUND

After completing my degree at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, I worked on diverse projects, refining my skills in space planning, design detailing and project coordination.

With over 20 years of professional experience across residential, commercial and public projects, I bring a well-balanced mix of international perspective and local expertise.

PRESENT

For the past three years, I’ve been based in Perth, where my first work as a site supervisor gave me valuable insight into local construction methods, materials and building standards.

Since then, I’ve successfully prepared documentation and applications for more than twenty approved houses — single homes as well as grouped dwellings, always taking client’s style preferences into account.

GOAL

Highly skilled in space planning, I take special attention in organising each project into a functional and efficient layout that fits the client’s needs within the site constraints.

Calm and reliable by nature, I value collaboration and open communication, tailoring my approach to each client and team member. My goal is to ensure every project progresses smoothly and positively — from the first sketch to final approval.

Let’s grow together.

We hope to become a part of your journey towards LIVING A DREAM.
